The invention discloses a column component adopting an ultrahigh-toughness concrete combined permanent formwork. The component has the advantages of being convenient and fast to install, good in joint connection performance and excellent in crack resistance and durability. The member composition comprises an ultrahigh-toughness concrete combined permanent template; concrete is poured behind the formwork; concrete is poured on the formwork splicing section; splicing the end plates; and high-strength bolts. The ultrahigh-toughness concrete combined permanent formwork comprises a concrete cylinder, a plurality of concrete blocks and a plurality of concrete blocks, an end connector; longitudinal steel bars; and annular stirrups. By means of the component end connecting structure, rapid installation of the permanent formwork is achieved, and the integrality of the joint is guaranteed. And the prefabricated concrete cylinder body directly serves as a permanent template of the component, so that the engineering construction progress is accelerated.
