The invention discloses an ocean structure engineering combination column component adopting a permanent formwork and a connecting method. The component comprises a permanent formwork, filled common concrete, a steel pipe, a PBL shear connector, a butt joint inner flange plate and a formwork reinforcing mesh. The adopted prefabricated ultrahigh-toughness concrete formwork can be used for structure anti-corrosion protection, and internal materials are protected against erosion damage of environmental media. The arranged shear-resistant connecting structure is convenient to manufacture and machine, it is guaranteed that internal steel pipes and peripheral concrete are cooperatively stressed and deformed, the fatigue stress amplitude of components in the service period is reduced, and the service life of the ocean platform structure is prolonged. The outer wrapped concrete layer inhibits internal steel buckling, and the steel consumption of the steel pipe is reduced. The combined column component has the advantages of being light in self weight, easy to assemble a building, high in corrosion resistance and low in fatigue stress amplitude, and is particularly suitable for ocean structure engineering.
