Beam component adopting ultrahigh-toughness concrete combined permanent formwork
The invention discloses a beam component adopting an ultrahigh-toughness concrete combined permanent formwork. The component comprises the ultrahigh-toughness concrete combined permanent formwork. Concrete is poured in an inner groove of the formwork; post-pouring concrete on the template connecting section; a support plate; and high-strength bolts. The ultrahigh-toughness concrete combined permanent formwork comprises a U-shaped concrete plate and a steel structure connecting piece, and longitudinal load-bearing steel bars and stirrups are arranged. The structure has the advantages that components are prefabricated in factories and constructed in an assembly mode, only bolt screwing operation needs to be carried out on site, the working procedures of formwork erecting and reinforcing steel bar binding are not needed, and the prefabricated U-shaped concrete slab is directly used as a permanent formwork of the components. The formwork is made of an ultrahigh-toughness concrete material, and the section bearing capacity and the crack resistance of the midspan bottom face and the joint connecting position of the composite beam are effectively improved. Components are convenient to install, good in durability and capable of meeting the green building requirement.
