The invention discloses a concrete temperature curing device and a temperature control method thereof, the concrete temperature curing device comprises a cooling water circulation device and a spraying device, and the cooling water circulation device comprises a reservoir, a pump machine and a cooling water pipe; the pump is used for pumping cooling water; the middle of the cooling water pipe is pre-buried in the concrete, and the water inlet end of the cooling water pipe is communicated with the reservoir; the spraying device is positioned on the upper surface of the concrete; and the water outlet end of the cooling water pipe is simultaneously communicated with the reservoir and the spraying device. Compared with the prior art, sufficient heat exchange between cooling water and concrete can be guaranteed, and the water consumption is reduced on the premise that the same cooling effect is achieved. And secondly, due to sufficient heat exchange, the temperature of the heated cooling water is higher, and the heat preservation effect of spraying is better. Compared with a traditional temperature control method for fixing the water inlet temperature of the cooling water, the temperature control method can effectively reduce the difference value between the internal temperature of the concrete and the temperature of the cooling water, the temperature gradient is reduced, and the generated temperature stress is reduced.
