A notch is formed in the trailer; supporting columns are arranged in the middles of the two sides of the notch; a connecting rod is fixedly connected between the tops of the supporting columns. A guide wheel is rotationally connected to the connecting rod; the guide wheel is rotationally connected with a steel wire rope; firstly, the trailer is moved to the position of the electric pole, then the steel wire rope, the connecting rod and the guide wheel are matched with one another to drive the clamping assembly to be lowered, under the action of an operator, the clamping assembly is used for clamping the upper middle portion of the electric pole, and then the steel wire rope drives the clamping assembly to be lifted; and the pole is driven to be lifted upwards, the purpose of assisting operators in pole planting and mounting is achieved, pole planting and mounting operation of the pole can be completed by replacing manual work with machinery, labor is saved, and efficiency is improved.
