Prefabricated tubular pile concrete mixed composite powder and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses composite powder for mixing prefabricated pipe pile concrete. The concrete is prepared by mixing 20%-50% of superfine slag powder, 10%-50% of fly ash, 5%-25% of silica fume, 5%-25% of first-grade fly ash, 5%-10% of high-calcium powder, 3%-20% of gypsum, 5%-25% of microbeads, 0.5%-3% of a grinding aid, 0.5%-3% of an exciting agent and 0.5%-3% of a water reducing agent. The powder obtained after superfine grinding does not contain porous materials, is small in fineness and can achieve the effects of filling and ball lubrication in concrete, the water consumption of the concrete is reduced, meanwhile, the workability of fresh concrete can be greatly improved, meanwhile, the prepared concrete is high in density, the section transition structure of the concrete is improved, and the service life of the concrete is prolonged. The concrete anti-chloride ion penetration performance, anti-freezing performance, anti-carbonization performance and anti-corrosion performance are remarkably improved, the adaptability to cement and additives is high, the cost is greatly reduced, and the service life of the concrete can also be prolonged.
本发明公开一种预制管桩混凝土拌合的复合粉,包括由20%‑50%的矿渣微粉、10%‑50%的粉煤灰、5%‑25%的硅灰、5%‑25%的一级粉煤灰、5%‑10%的高钙粉、3%‑20%的石膏、5%‑25%的微珠、0.5%‑3%的助磨剂、0.5%‑3%的激发剂和0.5%‑3%的减水剂混合制备而成;本发明经超细粉磨后的粉料,不含多孔材料,细度小,在混凝土中可起到填充和“滚珠润滑”的效应,降低混凝土用水量的同时可大幅改善新拌混凝土和易性,同时制成的混凝土密度实,改善混凝土截面过渡结构,显著提高混凝土抗氯离子渗透、抗冻、抗碳化以及耐腐蚀性能,且与水泥和外加剂适应性强,大大降低成本,也能延长混凝土的服役寿命。
