The invention provides a preparation method of an extrusion type high-temperature silicon carbide roller, which comprises the following steps: spheroidizing silicon carbide powder by using a ball milling method to obtain spheroidized silicon carbide powder; carrying out surface modification on the spheroidized silicon carbide powder by using an organic material to obtain surface modified silicon carbide powder; mixing the surface modified silicon carbide powder with cellulose and water-absorbent resin to obtain pug; carrying out extrusion molding on the pug to obtain a preformed body; and drying and sintering the preformed body to obtain the high-temperature silicon carbide roller. The preparation method can effectively reduce mold wear, prolong the service life of the mold, improve the stability of the mold, and improve the quality and yield of the high-temperature silicon carbide roller.
本发明提供一种挤出式高温碳化硅辊棒的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:使用球磨法对碳化硅粉体进行球形化处理,得到球形化碳化硅粉体;使用有机材料对所述球形化碳化硅粉体进行表面改性,得到表面改性碳化硅粉体;将所述表面改性碳化硅粉体与纤维素以及吸水树脂混合,得到泥料;将所述泥料挤出成型,得到预成型体;将所述预成型体进行干燥以及烧结,得到所述高温碳化硅辊棒。所述制备方法可以有效降低模具磨损,提高模具使用寿命和稳定性,从而提高高温碳化硅辊棒的质量和产量。
