Cement-based material surface bionic hydrophobic coating and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a bionic hydrophobic coating on the surface of a cement-based material. The bionic hydrophobic coating comprises 0.1-0.6 part of an organic matter containing catechol groups, 0.2-3 parts of lauryl amine, 17-75 parts of a tris buffer solution, 13-69 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol, 0.1-0.5 part of hydrogen peroxide and 0.1-1 part of a deposition aid. The surface microstructure of the coating is in a plate shape and a small ball shape. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the cement-based material surface bionic hydrophobic coating, which comprises the following steps: mixing dopamine, dodecylamine, a tris buffer solution and absolute ethyl alcohol, and filling the mixture into the middle part of an atomization device container for spraying a deposition solution; the method comprises the following steps: separately filling CuSO4 and H2O2 into containers on two sides of an atomization device; spraying and drying each surface of the cement test block, and circularly spraying and drying; and washing the surface and naturally drying. The bionic hydrophobic coating is prepared on the surface of the cement-based material by adopting a one-step co-deposition method, and the prepared coating has the characteristics of good hydrophobicity and uniform deposition.
本发明公开了一种水泥基材料表面仿生疏水涂层,包括含有邻苯二酚基团的有机物0.1~0.6份,十二胺0.2~3份,tris缓冲溶液17~75份,无水乙醇13~69份,双氧水0.1~0.5份,沉积助剂0.1~1份;涂层表面微结构为板块状和小球状。本发明还公开了该水泥基材料表面仿生疏水涂层的制法,包括以下步骤:将多巴胺、十二胺、tris缓冲溶液和无水乙醇混合,装入喷涂沉积溶液的雾化装置容器中间部分;将CuSO4和H2O2分装到雾化装置的两侧容器中;将水泥试块的每个面进行喷涂,干燥,循环喷涂‑干燥;冲洗表面,自然干燥。本发明采用一步共沉积法在水泥基材料表面制备了仿生疏水涂层,所制备的涂层具有疏水性好、沉积均匀的特点。
