The invention discloses a multifunctional railway ballast laying device which comprises a front driving headstock, a rear driving headstock and wheels mounted at the lower ends of the headstocks, and further comprises a stock bin mounted between the two driving headstocks; the blanking bin is mounted at the bottom of the stock bin and is used for blanking; ballast collecting assemblies are mounted on the two sides of the driving vehicle head; and the railway ballast vibrating mechanism is mounted at the bottom of the stock bin and is used for vibrating the discharged railway ballast. When the multifunctional railway ballast laying device is used, not only can the railway ballast be folded, more stones are laid into the railway ballast, but also the laid railway ballast can be vibrated through the second vibration motor, so that the combination of the railway ballast is tighter, the railway ballast laying efficiency is improved, and the design goal of the multifunctional railway ballast laying device is achieved.
