The invention discloses a roadbed ballast laying device in railway construction. The device comprises a working box body, first rotating shafts are rotationally arranged on the front end face and therear end face of the working box body, a conveying cavity is formed in the working box body, and second rotating shafts are rotationally arranged on the front inner wall and the rear inner wall of theconveying cavity; according to the device, the detection device is used for detecting the road flatness condition before ballast laying, ballast laying is stopped and the sunken ground is filled andflattened when it is detected that the road is sunken, and when one-time filling work cannot meet the ground flatness requirement, filling is conducted multiple times till the ground flatness is qualified; manual operation is not needed in the operation process of the device, the work period can be repeated, filling of the ground recesses is beneficial to leveling of ballast laying, uneven ballastlaying caused by the ground recesses is avoided, the follow-up leveling workload is reduced, and the railway laying quality is improved.
本发明公开的一种铁路施工中的路基道碴铺设装置,包括工作箱体,所述工作箱体前后端面上转动设有第一转动轴,所述工作箱体内设有运输腔,所述运输腔前后内壁上转动设有第二转动轴,本发明利用探测装置对道碴铺设前道路的平整情况进行检测,并在检测到道路凹陷时停止对道碴的铺设并对凹陷地面进行填充铺平,本装置在一次填充工作无法满足地面平整要求时,进行多次填充直至地面平整度合格,本装置在运行过程中无需人工操作,可重复进行工作周期,其对地面凹陷的填充有利与道碴铺设的平整,避免因地面凹陷造成的道碴铺设不均匀,减少后续找平工作量,提高铁路铺设质量。
