The excavating and stirring integrated mechanism comprises a rack, an excavating mechanism and a stirring mechanism are fixed to the rack to form a whole, the excavating mechanism comprises a feeding oil cylinder, a supporting arm and a main shovel, and the supporting arm and the main shovel form a grab bucket structure which is connected to the lower end of the feeding oil cylinder and rotates on a rotating shaft at the lower end of the feeding oil cylinder. The other end of the feeding oil cylinder is fixed on the rack; the stirring mechanism comprises a drill rod, a motor and blades, the drill rod rotates under the action of the motor, the blades are fixed to the end of the drill rod, and the blades at the lower end of the stirring mechanism stir in a cavity formed by the grab bucket of the excavating mechanism; the grab bucket structure is of a lattice hook hollowed-out structure composed of a main shovel and side shovels. According to the excavating and stirring integrated mechanism, through the integrated design of the excavating mechanism and the stirring mechanism, the construction mode that equipment needs to be set up and replaced continuously in the traditional construction process is changed, and the construction efficiency is greatly improved.
