The invention provides a green building heat-preservation energy-saving wall which comprises a wall structure and a green plant structure, the wall structure comprises a prefabricated concrete frame, a pouring groove is formed in the upper portion of the prefabricated concrete frame, and foam concrete is poured into the prefabricated concrete frame through the pouring groove; a leveling layer and an indoor heat preservation wallboard are fixed to the face, facing the indoor space, of the foam concrete. The green plant structure comprises an aluminum soil fixation frame, a plurality of rows of soil fixation grooves are formed in the aluminum soil fixation frame, the soil fixation grooves are spaced through circulating water pipes, and each circulating water pipe is fixedly connected with a pressure relief water valve and a spraying head through a threaded hole in the middle of the surface. The side face, facing the indoor space, of the heat exchange partition plate is fixedly connected with a plurality of heat conduction plates, and the side, facing the indoor space, of the aluminum soil fixation frame is fixedly connected with a soil fixation net through bolts. The aluminum soil fixation frame is higher in soil layer grabbing and fixing capacity, does not need manual water spraying maintenance, can facilitate effective indoor cooling of plants, and is more energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
