The invention discloses a high-chemical-inertness high-temperature-resistant collapse-resistant ceramic core and a preparation method thereof, which meet the use requirement of 1600 DEG C or above, avoid the problem of collapse of the core caused by hydration reaction due to contact with a water-based coating, and improve the depoling performance of a complex inner cavity structure. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing calcium oxide powder, a plasticizer and activated carbon fibers, molding and sintering to obtain a substrate blank; preparing an ethanol solution from 2, 6-butylated hydroxytoluene and oleamide by using absolute ethyl alcohol, completely immersing the substrate blank in the ethanol solution, taking out the substrate blank after the substrate blank is fully immersed, naturally drying the substrate blank, and repeating the process for 2-3 times to obtain a waterproof blank; mixing yttrium oxide powder and yttrium sol to prepare slurry, uniformly spraying the slurry on the surface of the waterproof blank, drying, and sintering to obtain the product.
本发明公开了一种高化学惰性耐高温耐溃散陶瓷型芯及其制备方法,满足1600℃以上的使用需求,避免与水基涂料接触发生水化反应造成型芯溃散的问题,提高复杂内腔结构脱芯性能。本发明先将氧化钙粉、塑化剂和活性炭纤维混合均匀,成型,烧结,得到基底坯料;然后将2,6‑二叔丁基对甲酚与油酸酰胺利用无水乙醇配制成乙醇溶液,接着将基底坯料完全浸没于乙醇溶液中,待充分浸透后取出,自然干燥,重复该过程2~3次,得到防水坯料;再将氧化钇粉和钇溶胶混合制成料浆,最后在防水坯料表面均匀喷涂所述料浆,干燥,烧结,即得。
