Basement outer wall replacement construction method
The invention provides a basement outer wall replacement construction method. The basement outer wall replacement construction method comprises the steps that reverse construction is conducted till pouring of a foundation slab is completed; when a basement top plate is constructed, a lower hanging outer wall is arranged, and a water stop steel plate is reserved; when beam plate construction of other basement floors is carried out, outer wall hanging and water stop steel plate reserving are not carried out; and outer walls of all layers of the basement are sequentially constructed from bottom to top till integral replacement of the outer walls of the basement is completed. By combining a vertical structure sequential construction method, the number of outer wall horizontal construction joints existing in a basement when a reverse construction method is purely adopted is reduced, meanwhile, the pouring and tamping space is increased, and the compactness, integrity and waterproof performance of the outer wall are effectively improved; besides, except the top plate of the negative layer, beam plates of basements of other layers do not need to be hung downwards or turned upwards, water stop steel plates do not need to be embedded, and joint bars do not need to be reserved, so that the problem of connection precision of upper and lower layer steel bars and the problem of upper and lower layer concrete connection are solved, the overall stability of the outer wall is improved, and the construction difficulty is reduced.
本发明提供一种地下室外墙置换施工方法,包括:进行逆作施工至基础底板浇筑完成;在进行地下室顶板施工时,设置下挂外墙,并预留止水钢板;在进行其余地下室楼层的梁板施工时,不进行挂外墙及止水钢板预留设置;自下至上依次施工地下室各层的外墙,直至完成地下室外墙的整体置换。通过结合竖向结构顺作施工的方法,减少了单纯采用逆作施工方法时地下室存在外墙水平施工缝的数量,同时增大浇捣空间,有效提升外墙的密实度、整体性和防水性能;此外,除负一层的顶板处,其余层地下室的梁板不再需要下挂或上翻墙体、以及预埋止水钢板和预留插筋,解决了上下层钢筋连接精度的问题,上下层混凝土接口的难题,提高了外墙整体的稳定性,降低了施工难度。
