Preparation method of 3D printing silicon carbide powder and silicon carbide material forming method
The invention relates to a preparation method of 3D printing silicon carbide powder, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: uniformly mixing original silicon carbide powder, carbon source resin and a solvent according to a preset proportion; uniformly stirring the mixture through a machine, and evaporating while stirring in an evaporator; after the mixture is dried, putting the mixture into a curing oven for curing treatment; putting the cured mixture into a vacuum high-temperature furnace, and carrying out carbon source resin pyrolysis and carbonization processes to obtain a silicon carbide composite material; and crushing and sieving the obtained silicon carbide composite material to obtain the powder material for 3D printing. The invention further relates to a silicon carbide material forming method. According to the scheme, the problems of low density, high residual silicon content, poor mechanical property and the like of the existing silicon carbide material formed by 3D printing can be solved.
本申请涉及3D打印碳化硅粉末的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:将原始碳化硅粉末、碳源树脂与溶剂按照预设比例混合均匀;将混合物通过机械搅拌均匀,且在蒸发器中边搅拌边蒸发;待混合物干燥后,将其置入固化烘箱进行固化处理;将固化后的混合物放入真空高温炉中,进行碳源树脂热解与碳化工艺以得到碳化硅复合材料;将获得的碳化硅复合材料破碎与过筛得到3D打印用的粉末材料。本申请还涉及一种碳化硅材料成型方法。本方案能够解决目前现有3D打印成型的碳化硅材料存在密度低、残硅含量高、力学性能差等问题。
