The invention relates to a preparation method of 3D printing silicon carbide powder, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: fixedly placing original silicon carbide powder in a chemical vapor deposition furnace, and heating the deposition furnace to a preset temperature; introducing the pretreated and mixed gas into a reaction chamber through a gas inlet pipeline, and controlling the flow and pressure of the gas; after deposition is completed, the reaction chamber is cooled to the room temperature, and the silicon carbide ceramic composite material deposited with the pyrolytic carbon layer is taken out; and crushing and sieving the obtained silicon carbide ceramic composite material to obtain a powder material for 3D printing. According to the scheme, the problems of low density, high residual silicon content, poor mechanical property and the like of the existing silicon carbide material formed by 3D printing can be solved.
本申请涉及一种3D打印碳化硅粉末的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:将原始碳化硅粉末固定置于化学气相沉积炉中,并将沉积炉加热到预设温度;将预处理混合过的气体通过进气管道引入反应室,并控制气体的流量和压力;在沉积完成后,将反应室冷却至室温,并取出沉积了热解碳层的碳化硅陶瓷复合材料;将获得的碳化硅陶瓷复合材料破碎与过筛得到3D打印用的粉末材料。本方案能够解决目前现有3D打印成型的碳化硅材料存在密度低、残硅含量高、力学性能差等问题。
