The invention discloses a preparation method and application of an organic phosphonic acid polymer retarder, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, N, N-dimethylacrylamide, itaconic acid and an allyl monomer containing phosphonyl into softened water to obtain a mixed raw material dispersion liquid A; adding a sodium hydroxide solution or a potassium hydroxide solution into the mixed raw material dispersion liquid A to obtain a mixed raw material dispersion liquid B; heating the mixed raw material dispersion liquid B, and sequentially dropwise adding an ammonium persulfate solution and a sodium hydrogen sulfite solution into the mixed raw material dispersion liquid B in a heating and stirring state; after the sodium hydrogen sulfite solution is dropwise added, a mixed reaction dispersion liquid is obtained; and continuously carrying out constant-temperature reaction on the mixed reaction dispersion liquid, adding boric acid after the reaction is finished, and uniformly stirring and mixing to prepare the long-sealing-section well cementation cement slurry. The problems that when an existing coagulant is used for well cementation of a medium-high-temperature long sealing section, the influence of the temperature difference effect on the strength of set cement cannot be completely eliminated, and the like can be solved.
本发明公开一种有机膦酸类聚合物缓凝剂的制备方法及应用,制备方法:将2‑丙烯酰胺‑2‑甲基丙磺酸、N,N‑二甲基丙烯酰胺、衣康酸和含膦酰基的烯类单体加入到软化水中,得到混合原料分散液A;向混合原料分散液A中加入氢氧化钠溶液或氢氧化钾溶液,得到混合原料分散液B;加热混合原料分散液B,并在加热搅拌状态下向混合原料分散液B中依次滴加过硫酸铵溶液和亚硫酸氢钠溶液;待亚硫酸氢钠溶液滴加完毕后,得到混合反应分散液;将混合反应分散液继续恒温反应,反应结束后加入硼酸搅拌混匀,可用于配制长封固段固井水泥浆。本发明可以解决现有混凝剂在用于中高温长封固段固井时,不能完全消除温差效应对水泥石强度影响等问题。
