The heat preservation and decoration integrated plate comprises a core material and a surface layer, wherein the surface layer covers at least part of the surface of the core material; wherein the surface layer is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 80 to 160 parts of a base material, 620 to 1250 parts of filler, 3 to 14 parts of an auxiliary agent and 110 to 185 parts of water; the base material comprises waterproof emulsion, latex powder and potassium silicate; the filler comprises solid waste and quartz sand; the auxiliaries comprise a wetting agent, bentonite, fibers and a thickening agent. Through the mutual cooperation of the auxiliary agent, the base material and the filling material, the product has strong waterproof and bonding strength functions and the like, and the surface layer has good strength and toughness and stable physical and chemical properties, can meet the requirements of national building specifications on safety, applicability and durability, and achieves the effects of water resistance, thermal insulation, energy saving, fire prevention, light self weight and the like.
