The invention provides a waterproof, heat-insulation and decoration integrated plate and a preparation method thereof. The heat preservation and decoration integrated plate comprises a core material and a surface layer, wherein the surface layer covers at least part of the surface of the core material; the preparation method comprises the following steps: S100, performing waterproof treatment on a core material to obtain a first composite board; s200, the first composite board is sequentially subjected to net hanging treatment, anchor bolt hitting and batch scraping treatment, and a second composite board is obtained; and S300, the second composite board is compounded into a veneer, and the waterproof heat preservation and decoration integrated board is obtained. The waterproof treatment is directly carried out on the core material, and the second composite board is compounded with the veneer, so that the preparation method of the waterproof, heat-insulating and decorative integrated board is improved, the product has a relatively strong waterproof function, the damage of handicrafts caused by water seepage is reduced, the anti-cracking effect of the integrated board is improved, and the service life of the integrated board is prolonged. Therefore, the effects of heat preservation, energy conservation, fire prevention, light self-weight and the like are achieved, and the service life is further prolonged.
