The electrolytic tank is formed by stacking a hydrogen electrode layer, an electrolyte layer, an interface modification layer and an oxygen electrode layer in sequence; the interface modification layer is perovskite oxide or spinel oxide with high electron-ion mixed conductivity, and the density of the interface modification layer is 80-95% or above. The electrolytic tank prepared by the method shows excellent water electrolysis performance and stability.
