The electrolytic manganese residue-red mud composite light soil is prepared from the following raw material components: electrolytic manganese residues, red mud, a modifier, blast furnace slag, quick lime, a heavy metal ion curing agent and a foaming agent, the modifier comprises at least one of anhydrous sodium sulphate, desulfurized gypsum, sodium carbonate, sodium silicate, sodium metasilicate nonahydrate, potassium silicate, polyaluminum chloride and sodium hydroxide. The light soil with good compressive strength, density and fluidity is obtained through modification excitation of the red mud, the electrolytic manganese residues, the modifier and the slag and foam formed by the foaming agent, and the problems that a large amount of electrolytic manganese residues and red mud are piled up and cannot be utilized, and soil and stone materials are in shortage and difficult to transport in roadbed construction at present are solved. In addition, the electrolytic manganese residues and the red mud are subjected to innocent treatment and are friendly to human bodies and the environment.
本发明属建筑材料技术领域,特别涉及一种电解锰渣‑赤泥复合轻质土及其制备方法和应用。本发明的电解锰渣‑赤泥复合轻质土的原料组分包括电解锰渣、赤泥、改性剂、高炉矿渣、生石灰、重金属离子固化剂、发泡剂;改性剂包括元明粉、脱硫石膏、碳酸钠、硅酸钠、九水偏硅酸钠、硅酸钾、聚合氯化铝、氢氧化钠中的至少一种。本发明通过赤泥、电解锰渣、改性剂、矿渣的改性激发,联合发泡剂所形成的泡沫,得到具有良好的抗压强度、密度和流动度的轻质土,解决电解锰渣、赤泥大量堆存无法利用的困难,以及目前路基施工中土石类材料紧缺和运输困难的问题。另外,电解锰渣、赤泥经过了无害化处理,对人体和环境友好。
