The invention relates to a box girder shear-resistant reinforcing structure and a construction method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of bridge engineering, the box girder shear-resistant reinforcing structure comprises a box girder, vertical prestressed reinforcements are distributed on the inner side and the outer side of a web of a crack section of the box girder, the upper ends of the prestressed reinforcements are connected with fixed end anchor plate bolts to form fixed ends of the prestressed reinforcements, and the prestressed reinforcements are connected with the fixed end anchor plate bolts. The lower ends of the prestressed reinforcements are anchored to the lower portion of the bottom plate through anchoring parts, serve as tensioning ends of the prestressed reinforcements and are locked through nuts, and prestress is provided for the prestressed reinforcements. The anchoring part comprises a thick steel plate, and drill holes are formed in the thick steel plate and correspond to prestressed steel bars arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the web. A triangular limiting steel plate is vertically arranged on the edge of one end of the thick steel plate. The invention provides a whole set of efficient and enforceable in-vitro vertical prestress reinforcing structure aiming at a box girder and a construction method, and solves the problems that a traditional in-vitro vertical prestress reinforcing structure damages a web and an anchoring block is difficult to design.
本发明涉及一种箱梁抗剪加固结构及其施工方法,属于桥梁工程技术领域,包括箱梁,所述箱梁在发生裂缝段的腹板的内、外侧布设有竖向的预应力钢筋,预应力钢筋的上端与固定端锚板螺栓连接,形成预应力钢筋的固定端,预应力钢筋的下端通过锚固件锚固在底板的下部,作为预应力钢筋的张拉端,通过螺帽锁紧,为预应力钢筋提供预应力。所述锚固件包括厚钢板,厚钢板上开设有钻孔,与腹板的内、外侧布设的预应力钢筋对应;厚钢板的一端边沿处垂直设置有三角形限位钢板。本发明提供一整套针对箱梁的高效、可实施的体外竖向预应力加固结构及施工方法,解决传统体外竖向预应力加固结构损伤腹板、存在锚固块设计困难的问题。
