The transmission device comprises a hinge transmission mechanism and a locking transmission mechanism, one end of the hinge transmission mechanism is fixed to the side edge of a window sash, and the other end of the hinge transmission mechanism is slidably connected to a top edge guide rail or a bottom edge guide rail of a window frame. The locking transmission mechanism comprises a transmission lock head structure, a window sash closing lock seat and a window sash inner inverted lock seat, the window sash closing lock seat and the window sash inner inverted lock seat are both fixed on the side wall of the top edge of the corresponding window frame or the side wall of the bottom edge of the window frame, and the transmission lock head structure is slidably connected to the top surface of the corresponding window sash or the bottom surface of the corresponding window sash; after the window sash is closed in the window frame, the transmission lock head structure is used for sliding into the window sash closing lock seat so that the window sash can be locked on the window frame, and the transmission lock head structure is further used for sliding into the window sash inward tilting lock seat so that the top edge of the window sash or the bottom face of the window sash can tilt inwards in the window frame. The transmission device is simple in structure, easy to operate and high in stability.
