The invention provides a transmission device and a window body, the transmission device comprises a hinge transmission mechanism and a locking transmission mechanism, one end of the hinge transmission mechanism is fixed at an angular position between the side edge of a fan body and the bottom edge of the fan body, and the other end of the hinge transmission mechanism is slidably connected to a bottom edge guide rail of a frame body; the locking transmission mechanism is arranged at the bottom edge of the fan body; the locking transmission mechanism comprises a translation assembly and a locking assembly, one end of the translation assembly is used for being connected with the hinge transmission mechanism, the hinge transmission mechanism is used for applying acting force to the translation assembly to enable the translation assembly to slide in a bottom edge sash groove of the sash body, and the other end of the translation assembly is connected with the locking assembly; the locking assembly is provided with a locking limiting part capable of extending into the frame guide rail. The locking limiting part is matched with the guide rail on the bottom edge of the frame body, locking and positioning of the fan body are achieved directly through the guide rail arranged on the frame body, other lock seat structures do not need to be additionally arranged for cooperation, the locking structure can be simplified, and meanwhile the occupied area of the locking transmission mechanism on the frame body is reduced.
