Coal gasification slag-based alkali-activated self-cementing underground filling material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses application of gasified slag in an underground filling material. According to the invention, the gasified slag is used in the field of coal mining, and is especially used in underground filling materials. The modified gasified slag and the gasified slag are synchronously applied, and the coal gasification slag-based alkali-activated self-cementing underground filling material is obtained by combining a specific ratio and an auxiliary agent. According to the invention, only the raw materials are properly activated and mixed without additionally adding a gelling component and a gravel aggregate and adding a small amount of an exciting agent component, self-consolidation can be realized by utilizing volcanic ash activity and an active silicon-aluminum component of the gasified slag, and the gasified slag micro powder is high in activity and has good hydraulicity after being mixed with the exciting agent; and the requirement of underground filling on the age strength of a filling body can be completely met. The raw materials are sufficient in source, the preparation cost is low, and economic benefits are remarkable. The material is not limited to underground filling materials in application, and can also be applied to the fields of building materials, road engineering, thermal insulation materials and the like.
本发明公开了气化渣在井下充填材料中的应用。本发明将气化渣用于煤矿开采领域中,并特别将其应用于井下充填材料中。本发明又将改性的气化渣与气化渣同步应用,结合特定的配比和助剂,从而得到了煤气化渣基碱激发自胶结井下充填材料。本发明仅对原料进行适当的活化和混料处理,无需额外添加胶凝组分和砂石骨料,再添加少量的激发剂组分,即可利用气化渣自身的火山灰活性和活性硅铝质组分实现自固结,气化渣微粉活性高,与激发剂混合后具有良好的水硬性,完全能够满足井下充填对充填体龄期强度的要求。本发明原材料来源充足,制备成本低廉,经济效益显著。而且应用上不限于井下充填材料,亦可应用于建筑建材、道路工程、保温材料等领域。
