Straw biochar geopolymer regenerated fireproof mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to straw biochar geopolymer regenerated fireproof mortar and a preparation method thereof. The fireproof mortar is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 350-450 parts of a cementing material, 50-150 parts of charcoal, 340 parts of an alkali activator, 1200 parts of recycled fine aggregate and 60 parts of water, the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring the recycled fine aggregate, the straw biochar and the cementing material to obtain a dry mixture; and adding an alkali activator into the dry mixture, stirring, placing on a vibration table for vibration after die filling, and collecting slurry to obtain the straw charcoal geopolymer regenerated fireproof mortar. The geopolymer mortar is prepared by using metakaolin as a cementing material, has good working and mechanical properties, can effectively reduce environmental pollution caused by cement production and biomass wastes and resource waste caused by construction wastes, reduces the engineering cost, and promotes cyclic utilization of building solid waste resources; by utilizing the porosity of the biochar and the high porosity of the recycled fine aggregate, the thermal insulation and fire resistance of the mortar can be effectively improved.
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其是一种秸秆生物炭地聚物再生防火砂浆及其制备方法。该防火砂浆包括以下原料:胶凝材料350~450份,生物炭50~150份,碱激发剂340份和再生细骨料1200份,水60份;其制备方法为:再生细骨料、秸秆生物炭与胶凝材料混合搅拌,得到干混料;碱激发剂加入到干混料中搅拌,装模后放置振动台振动,收浆得到秸秆生物炭地聚物再生防火砂浆。本发明利用偏高岭土为胶凝材料制备地聚物砂浆,具有良好的工作与机械性能,可有效减少水泥生产和生物质废弃物对环境造成的污染及建筑垃圾对资源的浪费,降低工程成本,促进建筑固废资源循环利用;利用生物炭的多孔性与再生细骨料的高孔隙率的特性,可以有效提高砂浆的保温与防火性。
