High-performance anti-rutting pavement base layer
The invention belongs to the technical field of road engineering construction, and particularly relates to a high-performance anti-rutting pavement base. A base body of the pavement base layer comprises an upper base body and a lower base body; the upper base material is made of sand-free macroporous cement concrete, and the lower base material is made of an open-graded large-particle-size asphalt mixture; and pouring a high-viscosity modified emulsified asphalt-based grouting material on the base body to form the high-performance anti-rutting pavement base layer. The high-performance anti-rutting pavement base has both flexibility and rigidity, solves the problem that a conventional semi-flexible pavement is easy to crack, effectively avoids cracks and other diseases of the pavement in a short time, and greatly prolongs the service life of the pavement.
本发明属于道路工程建设的技术领域,具体的涉及一种高性能抗车辙的路面基层。该路面基层的基体包括上基体和下基体;上基体材料采用无砂大孔水泥混凝土,下基体材料采用开级配大粒径沥青混合料;采用高粘改性乳化沥青基灌浆料灌注在所述的基体上,即形成所述的高性能抗车辙的路面基层。该高性能抗车辙的路面基层兼具柔性与刚性,解决了常规半柔性路面易开裂的问题,有效地避免路面短期内出现裂缝等病害,极大地延长了路面的使用寿命。
