The invention belongs to the technical field of tunnel plugging, and particularly relates to a large-scale tunnel plugging device which comprises a rigid inner core, an elastic bag, a first electromagnetic switch valve, a second electromagnetic switch valve, a pump and a third electromagnetic switch valve, the rigid inner core is integrally in a bowl shape or a cup shape, an opening faces the upstream of a tunnel, namely the high-pressure side, and the rigid inner core is mainly used for reducing the weight of the whole body; the rigid inner core comprises a plurality of cabins, the cabins are in a centrosymmetric grid shape and distributed in the circumferential direction, and the cabins are divided into closed water cabins, water passing cabins and dry cabins. According to the device, the bowl-shaped or cup-shaped rigid inner core is adopted, cabins of various specifications and functions are arranged in the inner core, the overall weight is reduced, and the posture of the device in water can be adjusted easily; the corrugated variable-diameter hollow elastomer bag is designed, the shearing force of the elastic bag is effectively reduced, in combination with the design of a hydraulic loop, the large-scale tunnel can enter and exit, and the technical problem that plugging operation cannot be executed on the large-scale tunnel at present is solved.
