The invention discloses a vehicle engine hood opening mechanism and a vehicle, an engine hood can be locked with a vehicle body of the vehicle through a main lock catch and an auxiliary lock catch, the vehicle engine hood opening mechanism comprises a vehicle logo rotationally connected with the vehicle body, and a first connecting rod mechanism and a second connecting rod mechanism which are linked with the vehicle logo, when the vehicle logo rotates to a first position, the vehicle logo drives the main lock catch to be in an engine hood unlocking position through the first connecting rod mechanism, and when the vehicle logo rotates to a second position, the vehicle logo drives the auxiliary lock catch to be in an engine hood unlocking position through the second connecting rod mechanism. In this way, an operator can open the engine hood only at the same position, the convenience degree of opening the engine hood of the vehicle can be greatly improved, meanwhile, the use comfort degree of the whole vehicle is indirectly improved, and configuration of other parts of the whole vehicle can be optimized.
