The invention provides a roadbed graded filling construction settlement prediction method and system. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring settlement data at the early stage of stopping and pre-pressing under each grade of filling load; according to the settlement data, the final settlement amount of the foundation under each stage of filling load is predicted; the standard settlement moment of the foundation is calculated according to the final settlement amount of the foundation; pre-pressing later settlement data are obtained; according to the settlement data in the later period of pre-pressing, the monitored settlement amount and the deep horizontal displacement rate of each stage of filling load at the standard settlement moment are calculated; and judging whether the stability of the project meets the requirement or not according to the monitored settling volume and the deep horizontal displacement rate. By calculating the settlement amount of the foundation and the horizontal displacement rate of the deep layer, the graded filling construction quality can be monitored comprehensively in real time, the quality problem in the construction process can be found and corrected in time, and serious accident loss is avoided.
本发明提供了一种路基分级填筑施工沉降预测方法与系统,其中该方法包括:获取每级填土荷载下停载预压前期的沉降数据;根据沉降数据预测每级填土荷载下地基的最终沉降量;根据地基的最终沉降量计算地基的标准沉降时刻;获取预压后期沉降数据;根据预压后期沉降数据计算每级填土荷载在标准沉降时刻下的监测沉降量及深层水平位移速率;根据监测沉降量及深层水平位移速率判断工程的稳定性是否满足要求。本发明通过计算地基的沉降量及深层水平位移速率,能够实时且全面的对分级填土施工质量进行监控,及时发现和纠正施工过程中的质量问题,避免出现严重的事故损失。
