The invention provides a foamed geopolymer/aerogel composite thermal insulation material and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a foamed geopolymer blockfrom cement and a hydrogen peroxide solution, mixing methyltriethoxysilane, deionized water and hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, adding an HCl solution, hydrolyzing to obtain an aerogel solution, mixing the obtained foamed geopolymer block with the aerogel solution, and carrying out gelling and drying to obtain the foamed geopolymer/aerogel composite thermal insulation material. The composite thermal insulation material prepared by the method has the advantages of high hydrophobicity, high strength, low density and low thermal conductivity, the preparation process utilizes high alkalinity of the geopolymer to replace an alkaline catalyst in a two-step gel method, the preparation cost is reduced, the preparation period is shortened, and continuous production can be realized.
本发明提供了一种发泡地质聚合物/气凝胶复合隔热材料及其制备方法,所述方法包括:用水泥和双氧水溶液制得发泡地质聚合物块体;将甲基三乙氧基硅烷、去离子水和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵混合后加入HCl溶液,水解后制得气凝胶溶液;将所得发泡地质聚合物块体和气凝胶溶液混合、凝胶和干燥后得到发泡地质聚合物/气凝胶复合隔热材料。本方法制得的复合隔热材料具有高疏水性、高强度、低密度和低导热率的优点,制备工艺利用了地质聚合物的高碱性取代了两步凝胶法中的碱性催化剂,降低了制备成本和制备周期,可实现连续化生产。
