The invention discloses a large-diameter pipe pile column sleeve caisson composite deep water foundation. Comprising a caisson which comprises a bottom plate, a top plate and an outer wall plate; the at least one hole is vertically formed in the bottom plate and the top plate in a penetrating manner; and the large-diameter pipe pile column is arranged in the hole. The top of the large-diameter pipe pile column is sleeved with the hole in the caisson, the caisson is lowered along the outer wall of the large-diameter pipe pile column, the hole of the caisson is arranged on the large-diameter pipe pile column in a sleeving mode, and therefore the caisson cannot move in the horizontal direction due to water flow force and wave force, the positioning, deviation rectifying and control difficulty of the caisson in the sea is reduced, and the service life of the caisson is prolonged. Therefore, the lowering accuracy of the open caisson foundation is improved; and the large-diameter pipe pile column and the caisson are integrally stressed together, so that the respective advantages of the large-diameter pipe pile and the caisson can be fully exerted.
