Super-large-diameter steel skeleton concrete pipe pile deep water foundation and construction method
The invention relates to a super-large-diameter steel skeleton concrete pipe pile deep water foundation and a construction method, and belongs to the technical field of ocean deep water foundations. The deep water foundation is of a hollow structure of which the bottom is sealed, and comprises a steel pile casing, a steel skeleton, a concrete pipe body and a bottom sealing section, wherein the bottom end of the steel pile casing is located below the surface of a seabed, and the steel pile casing provides an outer formwork for pipe body concrete filling; the steel skeleton is arranged in the steel pile casing and a drilled hole, forms a double-wall pipe column with the steel pile casing and the drilled hole, and provides an inner formwork for pipe body concrete filling; concrete of the concrete pipe body is poured between the double walls of the pipe column; and the bottom sealing section is located at the lower end of the foundation, is in sealing connection with the interior of the steel skeleton, and is used for improving the vertical bearing capacity of the foundation. The construction method comprises the steps of steel pile casing sinking, drilling construction, downward putting of the integral steel skeleton, bottom sealing section concrete pouring, pipe body concrete pouring, and pumping of sea water in the deep water foundation. The deep water foundation adopts the hollow structure, thus, the use amount of concrete is decreased, the self weight is lowered, the foundation stress of a base is reduced, and the effective vertical bearing capacity of the deep water foundation is improved.
