The inkstone brick and the production process thereof are characterized in that an annular protrusion is arranged on the top face of the inkstone brick, and an annular groove corresponding to the annular protrusion is formed in the bottom face of the inkstone brick. The invention further provides a production process of the inkstone brick. The powder is pressed into a green brick in a mold; the die comprises an upper die and a bottom die; an annular groove is formed in the surface of the upper die, and an annular convex part corresponding to the annular groove is arranged on the surface of the bottom die. Therefore, the thickness of the annular bulge on the inkstone brick is basically consistent with that of other parts, the integral density of the inkstone brick is ensured to be the same, deformation is avoided, the cracking probability of the brick blank in the firing process is reduced, and the yield is improved; the annular groove is formed in the bottom face of the inkstone brick, the combination area between the inkstone brick and a wall can be increased, the inkstone brick and the wall can be bonded more firmly, and therefore the inkstone brick is prevented from falling off from the wall.
本发明提供的一种砚台砖及其生产工艺,其特点在于所述砚台砖的顶面上设有环形凸起,所述砚台砖的底面上设有与环形凸起相对应的环形凹槽。本发明还提供砚台砖的生产工艺,粉料在模具内被压制成砖坯;所述模具包括上模、底模;所述上模的表面上设有环形槽,所述底模的表面上设置有与环形槽对应的环形凸部。这样使得砚台砖上环形凸起的厚度与其它部分基本一致,保证了砚台砖整体致密度相同,避免出现变形,降低在烧制过程中砖坯开裂的几率,提高成品率;砚台砖的底面上形成环形凹槽,可以增大与墙体之间的结合面积,使砚台砖与墙体粘结的更牢固,从而防止砚台砖从墙体上脱落。
