Wood-UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) combined box girder and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a wood-UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) combined box girder. The wood-UHPC combined box girder comprises a UHPC top plate, a laminated wood web, a laminated wood bottom plate, a laminated wood cross beam arranged at the fulcrum position of a girder body, wherein the laminated wood bottom plate, the laminated wood cross beam and the laminated wood web are connected through transverse prestressed reinforcement, and the laminated wood web is connected with the UHPC top plate through a shearing force connecting part. The invention further relates to a preparation method of the combined box girder. According to the wood-UHPC combined box girder and the preparation method thereof, the structural design is reasonable, and the wood-UHPC combined box girder has the advantages of being light in self weight, high in rigidity, capable of being integrally prefabricated, convenient to transport and install, good in hoisting stability and the like; and the problem that the span of a common wood-concrete composite beam is limited due to low rigidity is solved, the requirement for green transformation development of bridge construction in China can be met, and the wood-UHPC combined box girder has a good application prospect in bridge engineering.
