Construction method of large open caisson foundation
The construction method comprises the following steps that a soil body below a first section of open caisson is excavated out, a counter bore is formed, and high-density stabilizing liquid is injected into the counter bore; a first-section open caisson steel shell is spliced in the counter bore, concrete is poured, and when the concrete reaches the design strength, soil on the inner side of the first-section open caisson is excavated out, so that the first-section open caisson sinks to the designated depth; splicing and heightening the open caisson by taking the first section of the open caisson as a foundation, digging out a soil body below the open caisson, continuously forming a counter bore, and continuously injecting high-density stabilizing liquid into the counter bore; digging out a soil body on the inner side of the heightened open caisson until the open caisson reaches the designed depth; and the bottom of the open caisson is sealed. According to the large open caisson foundation construction method, the foundation does not need to be reinforced before construction. The high-density stabilizing liquid can be dynamically adjusted according to the displacement of the soil layer and the open caisson structure in the foundation construction process while the stable state of the high-density stabilizing liquid is ensured, and the stability and the sinking requirement of the open caisson are ensured.
本发明公开了一种大型沉井基础的施工方法包括以下步骤:挖除首节沉井下方土体,形成沉孔,向沉孔内注入高密度稳定液;在沉孔内拼接首节沉井钢壳体,浇筑混凝土,待混凝土达到设计强度,挖除首节沉井内侧土体,使首节沉井下沉至指定深度;以首节沉井为基础拼接接高沉井,挖除沉井下方的土体,继续形成沉孔,继续向沉孔内注入高密度稳定液;挖除接高沉井内侧土体,直至沉井达到设计深度;对沉井底部进行封底。本发明所设计的大型沉井基础施工方法无需在施工前对地基进行加固处理。高密度稳定液在确保自身状态稳定的同时,可以根据基础施工过程中土层和沉井结构位移对高密度稳定液进行动态调整,保证沉井稳定性及下沉要求。
