Embedded open caisson foundation and construction method thereof
According to the embedded open caisson foundation and the construction method thereof, the embedded open caisson foundation comprises a foundation trench formed in a seabed rock surface, a rock body reserved on the inner wall of the foundation trench and a steel shell concrete open caisson which is embedded in the foundation trench and provided with a cavity in the middle, and the steel shell concrete open caisson comprises a steel open caisson body, open caisson inner concrete and a reinforced concrete bearing platform; the steel open caisson is further provided with a plurality of well holes, the open caisson inner concrete is poured into the well holes in the steel open caisson, the reinforced concrete bearing platform is poured on the top of the steel ring cylinder, the seabed rock surface comprises a first area, a second area and a third area which are distributed from top to bottom, the first area, the second area and the third area are sequentially blasted, and a foundation trench is formed. And during blasting of the third area, an energy-eliminating and energy-gathering blasting structure used for relieving damage to the rock surface of the seabed at the bottom is adopted for blasting. According to the method, the energy-eliminating and energy-gathering blasting technology is applied to the bridge deepwater foundation, rock mass damage is reduced, meanwhile, the underwater blasting excavation amount and the concrete filling amount in the open caisson are reduced by about 15,000 cubic meters respectively, and the economical efficiency is good.
本发明提供的嵌入式设置沉井基础及其施工方法,包括开设于海床岩面上的基槽、留设于基槽内壁的岩体以及嵌于基槽内的中间带空腔的钢壳混凝土沉井,钢壳混凝土沉井包括钢沉井、沉井内混凝土以及钢筋砼承台,钢沉井上还开设有若干个井孔,沉井内混凝土浇筑于钢沉井上的井孔内,钢筋砼承台浇筑于钢环筒顶部,海床岩面包括由上至下分布的区域一、区域二以及区域三,区域一、区域二、区域三依次进行爆破,形成基槽,且区域三爆破时采用用于减轻底部海床岩面损伤的消聚能爆破结构进行爆破。本发明将消聚能爆破技术应用到桥梁深水基础中,减小岩体损伤,同时减少了水下爆破开挖量和沉井内混凝土填充量分别约1.5万方,经济性好。
