The invention relates to the technical field of electric loaders, in particular to an electric loader hydraulic system and a control method thereof. In the application, corresponding monitoring sensing devices are respectively arranged aiming at a movable arm lifting/descending travel switch, a bucket retracting/tipping travel switch, a forward/backward gear switch and a hydraulic system pressure switch in a hydraulic system of the electric loader, so that the actual intention of an operator of the electric loader is judged; and according to a preset oil pump motor control method, the oil pump motor controller starts the oil pump motor and adjusts the operation speed of the oil pump motor by receiving the monitoring signals corresponding to the monitoring sensing devices so as to adjust the input power of the oil pump, and under the condition that the use working condition of the electric loader is met, the energy consumption waste of the hydraulic system is reduced, and the energy consumption is reduced. And finally, the efficiency of the hydraulic system is improved.
