The invention belongs to the field of building materials, and relates to normal-temperature basalt fiber high-modulus agent composite modified asphalt mortar and a preparation method thereof. The composite modified asphalt mortar comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of 70 # or 90 # matrix asphalt, 8-12 parts of a dispersing agent, 3-6 parts of a high modulus agent, 3-6 parts of chopped basalt fibers and 100-120 parts of filler. By mixing the aromatic hydrocarbon oil and the asphalt, the viscosity of the asphalt is reduced, the colloid structure of the asphalt is adjusted, and the asphalt has proper viscosity and is easy to mix under a normal-temperature mixing condition. Therefore, only the roller preheater needs to be preheated within the range of 120-135 DEG C, and the matrix asphalt does not need to be heated to a higher temperature, or heated to a conventional range of 130-145 DEG C. And the secondary aging of the matrix asphalt is greatly reduced. According to the invention, the high-modulus admixture and the basalt fiber are kept cooperatively used, so that the high-temperature and low-temperature performance of the asphalt mortar is obviously improved, and the high-temperature stability and low-temperature flexibility of the asphalt mixture are further improved.
本发明属于建筑材料领域,涉及一种常温型玄武岩纤维高模量剂复合改性沥青胶浆及其制备方法。该复合改性沥青胶浆的组分包括:按质量,100份的70#或90#基质沥青、8‑12份的分散剂、3‑6份的高模量剂、3‑6份的短切玄武岩纤维、100‑120份的填料。本发明利用芳烃油与沥青的混合,降低沥青黏度,调整沥青胶体结构,保证沥青在常温拌和条件下具有适宜的黏度,易于拌和。由此,仅需将滚筒预热机在120~135℃范围内预热,并且基质沥青也不需加热至较高温度,加热至常规范围,130~145℃,即可。大幅度地减轻了基质沥青的二次老化。本发明在保持协同使用高模量外掺剂、玄武岩纤维,明显改善了沥青胶浆的高、低温性能,进而更利于提高沥青混合料的高温稳定性和低温柔韧性。
