The invention relates to an assembly type foundation pit supporting system based on a jet grouting technology and steel pipe piles and a construction method. In a foundation pit support and water stop structure, an underground diaphragm wall has the problems of high manufacturing cost and long construction period, and common secant piles generally have the problem of forking between deep piles of a foundation pit. The system comprises jet grouting piles, tooth-shaped crown beams and miniature steel pipe piles. The jet grouting piles are secant piles and are vertically arranged in rows on the outer side of the foundation pit; the tooth-shaped top beams are located on the pile tops of the jet grouting piles and are sequentially spliced in an engaged mode. The miniature steel pipe piles are inserted into the tooth-shaped crown beams and the jet grouting piles, and the miniature steel pipe piles and the jet grouting piles are coaxially arranged. The system is a foundation pit support structure and also has the waterproof curtain function, machining and manufacturing are convenient, and the construction cost is low; the structure is mechanically engaged in the longitudinal direction of the foundation pit and effectively guided and positioned in the vertical direction, the steel pipe piles and the deformed steel bars in the steel pipe piles are connected with the jet grouting piles and the tooth-shaped top beams to form a rigid whole with the column caps, the rigidity and stress reliability of an enclosure system are improved, and the foundation pit support structure has wide application prospects in foundation pit engineering.
本发明涉及一种基于旋喷工艺与钢管桩的装配式基坑支护体系及施工方法。基坑围护和止水构造中,地下连续墙存在造价高、工期长的问题,常规咬合桩普遍存在基坑深部桩间开叉的问题。本体系包括旋喷桩、齿形冠梁和微型钢管桩;旋喷桩为咬合桩,在基坑外侧竖向成排布置;齿形冠梁位于旋喷桩的桩顶并依次咬合拼接;微型钢管桩插入齿形冠梁和旋喷桩,微型钢管桩与旋喷桩同轴布置。本体系既是基坑围护结构也具有止水帷幕作用,便于加工制造,施工成本低;结构沿基坑纵向机械咬合,竖向有效导向定位,钢管桩及其内部螺纹钢与旋喷桩、齿形冠梁连接为一个带柱帽的刚性整体,增加了围护体系刚度与受力可靠性,在基坑工程中有广泛的应用前景。
