The invention relates to the technical field of offshore wind power generation, in particular to an offshore wind power single pile foundation mooring reinforcing device and a mooring adjusting method. Comprising a lantern ring, an anchoring foundation and a mooring rope, a plurality of anchoring foundations are arranged around the single-pile foundation and are used for penetrating into a seabed; in the height direction of the single-pile foundation, at least one lantern ring is arranged on the mud portion of the single-pile foundation in a sleeving mode, a plurality of hydraulic cylinders are arranged on the lantern ring in a surrounding mode, and the hydraulic cylinders are matched with the anchoring foundation. One end of the mooring rope is connected with the output end of the hydraulic cylinder, and the other end of the mooring rope is connected with the anchoring foundation; a tension sensor is arranged on the hydraulic cylinder, and the control end is electrically connected with the tension sensor and the hydraulic cylinder. In order to solve the technical problem that a traditional single-pile foundation is difficult to meet higher design and use requirements, the bearing capacity and stability of the single-pile foundation can be effectively improved, and therefore the single-pile foundation adapts to application scenes such as deepwater sea areas.
