The invention discloses a construction method for a deformation joint of a vehicle passing channel in a building. The method comprises the steps that firstly, a fire retardant belt and a water stop belt are installed; 2, mounting a supporting and reinforcing assembly; thirdly, a facing layer is poured; and 4, mounting the self-adjusting steel plate. The structural layer and the C-shaped steel are directly anchored, and compared with connection with a facing layer in traditional construction, the durability is higher; when the facing layer is poured, the grouting pipe is arranged in the C-shaped steel, so that the compactness of connection between the facing layer and the C-shaped steel is guaranteed, and the stability of connection between the C-shaped steel and the facing layer is improved; the self-adjusting steel plate is installed at the top of the deformation joint, compared with traditional deformation joint construction, an independent sliding device is omitted, meanwhile, more connecting points are provided, and the advantages of being convenient to install, improving durability, reducing abnormal sound and the like are achieved.
本发明公开了一种楼内过车通道的变形缝施工方法,该方法包括:一、安装阻火带和止水带;二、安装支撑加固组件;三、浇筑饰面层;四、安装自调钢板。本发明将结构层和C型钢直接锚固,与传统施工中与饰面层连接相比,耐久性更高;浇筑饰面层时,将注浆管布置于C型钢内,保证了饰面层与C型钢连接的密实性,增加了C型钢与饰面层的连接稳定性;利用自调钢板安装在变形缝的顶部,与传统变形缝施工相比,少了独立的滑动装置,同时连接点更多,具有便于安装、耐久性加强、异响降低等特点。
