The high-rise building prefabricated main beam assembly comprises U-shaped clamping boxes, a bottom plate and a joint inner top structure, the U-shaped clamping boxes used for being attached to the front side and the rear side of a to-be-poured joint are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the bottom plate correspondingly, openings of the U-shaped clamping boxes are the same as openings of the to-be-poured joint, and side embedding boxes are embedded and locked in the U-shaped clamping boxes; a center clamping box is arranged in the center of the end face of the bottom plate, swing telescopic legs are arranged at the left end and the right end of the center clamping box respectively, transverse connecting rods are arranged at the opposite ends of the two swing telescopic legs respectively, and hanging rings are arranged at the ends of the transverse connecting rods. The reinforcing assembly is assembled on the to-be-poured joint of the prefabricated main beam, the to-be-poured joint of the main beam is protected in the transferring and hoisting process, damage is avoided, and meanwhile, the to-be-poured joint of the main beam can be conveniently supported after hoisting is completed.
本发明公开了一种高层建筑预制主梁组件及其施工方法,包括U形夹持箱、底板和节点内顶结构,底板前后两侧分别设有用于贴靠待浇筑节点前后两侧的U形夹持箱,U形夹持箱的开口与待浇筑节点的开口相同且内部嵌入并锁紧有侧嵌入箱,两个侧嵌入箱将待浇筑节点的前后开口封闭住,底板的端面中央设有中心夹持箱,中心夹持箱的左右两端分别设有摆动伸缩腿,两个摆动伸缩腿相向端分别设有横连杆,横连杆的端部设有吊环。本发明在预制后的主梁的待浇筑节点上装配一个加强组件,在转运和吊装过程中保护主梁的待浇筑节点,避免产生损伤,同时也能够在吊装完成后便捷地实现对主梁的待浇筑节点处的支撑。
