According to the device, under the cooperation of the anchor rod assembly, the drilling assembly and the anti-blocking assembly, the grouting opening can be kept closed during drilling, and compared with the mode that the grouting opening is opened by changing the drilling rotation direction when drilling is finished, the situation that a pipe opening of the grouting pipe is blocked by stones and gravels in the drilling process is avoided.
