Self-cleaning heat-resistant ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to self-cleaning heat-resistant ceramic and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of ceramic. The invention discloses a preparation method of self-cleaning heat-resistant ceramic. The ceramic preparation process comprises the steps of green body preparation, overglaze spraying, coating spraying, calcination and water repellent agent soaking. The albite and the quartz in the cover glaze react to generate sodium calcium silicate, so that the hardness and the wear resistance of the ceramic are improved. The coating is formed by compounding an antibacterial agent and nano cerium dioxide, and a dispersing agent is added to prevent agglomeration, so that the antibacterial property of the ceramic is enhanced, and the self-cleaning property of the ceramic is enhanced. The nano cerium dioxide has hydrophobicity and heat-resistant stability, and the nano cerium dioxide is subjected to surface modification through a hydrophobing agent soaking process, so that the hydrophobicity of the ceramic is further enhanced. Therefore, the self-cleaning heat-resistant ceramic which has antibacterial property, heat resistance and super-hydrophobicity and is environment-friendly can be prepared through the process steps.
