Optimization method for grading of rubber particles in rubber cement stabilized macadam mixture
The invention relates to an optimization method for grading of rubber particles in a rubber cement stabilized macadam mixture. The optimization method comprises the following steps: step 1, accurately controlling the grading of aggregates; step 2, determining the uniform mixing amount of rubber and the uniform mixing amount of cement; step 3, selecting six gears with the maximum particle size in the size fraction below 9.5 mm as replacement gears, and correspondingly manufacturing rubber particles of the same gears; step 4, performing same-volume replacement on the aggregate gears with the particle sizes of more than 2.36 mm by adopting the same-gear rubber particles, and performing rubber particle gradation on the aggregate gears with the particle sizes of less than 2.36 by adopting a downshift half-folding method to obtain six groups of rubber particle gradation schemes; step 5, preparing a common cement stabilized macadam test piece and a rubber cement stabilized macadam test piece under six grading schemes; step 6, comparing to obtain an optimal grading scheme; according to the method, the optimal rubber particle replacement scheme can be determined, and the research of doping the rubber particles in the ordinary cement stabilized macadam can be promoted.
