The invention relates to the crossing field of material science and road engineering, and discloses an anti-crack rubber powder fiber cement stabilized macadam base material, which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 30 to 45 percent of PO52.5 Portland cement, 10 to 20 percent of 80 to 120-mesh asphalt, 10 to 20 percent of 40 to 80-mesh quartz sand, 15 to 30 percent of 20 to 40-mesh carborundum, 15 to 30 percent of 10 to 20-mesh polypropylene fiber and 1 to 3 percent of water reducing agent. The composite material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 6-8% of wood fiber, 3-5% of polymer nano rubber powder, 5-8% of sodium metasilicate nonahydrate and 5-20% of inorganic toner A sealing wear-resistant layer and a water retention layer are formed on the surface of newly-poured asphalt through microcapsules, so that the strength of the newly-poured asphalt is improved under a good condition, meanwhile, the microcapsules added inside can perform self-repairing during cracking, strength reduction and premature drying caused by excessive water on the surface of the asphalt are avoided, asphalt shrinkage and cracking are reduced, and the service life of the newly-poured asphalt is prolonged. The ideal effect of improving the internal strength quality of the asphalt can be achieved, and the service life of a building can be prolonged.
