Large-adjustment-amount ballastless track bed and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a large-adjustment-amount ballastless track bed and a construction method thereof. After an existing ballastless track is poured and formed, when the deformation amount of a foundation exceeds the adjusting capacity of a fastener, adjustment needs to be conducted through special means such as inverted arch cutting, plate uncovering and groove expanding and soil digging forced landing. The device comprises a prefabricated track plate, a fine aggregate concrete adjusting layer and an adjusting block; a vertical hole is formed in the middle of the prefabricated track plate, and the fine aggregate concrete adjusting layer is located in the hole and at the bottom of the prefabricated track plate. The adjusting blocks are located on the two transverse sides of the open hole, the tops of the adjusting blocks are fixed to the prefabricated track plate, and the lower portions of the adjusting blocks are located between the fine aggregate concrete adjusting layer and the prefabricated track plate. The specially-designed adjusting blocks are additionally arranged on the basis of the prefabricated track plate, the adjusting blocks are divided into different models according to the size difference of the variable-length blocks in the adjusting blocks, the adjusting blocks can be detached and replaced in the operation process, the adjusting capacity can be greatly improved, the adaptability of the ballastless track to offline foundation deformation is enhanced, and the foundation disease treatment work amount is reduced.
本发明涉及一种大调整量无砟道床及其施工方法。现有无砟轨道浇筑成型后,当基础变形量超过扣件调整能力时,需要通过仰拱切割、揭板扩槽、掏土迫降等特殊手段进行调整。本发明包括预制轨道板、细石混凝土调整层和调整块;预制轨道板的中部设置有竖向的开孔,细石混凝土调整层位于开孔内和预制轨道板底部;调整块位于开孔的横向两侧,调整块的顶部固定在预制轨道板上,调整块的下部位于细石混凝土调整层和预制轨道板之间。本发明在预制轨道板的基础上增设特殊设计的调整块,根据调整块中可变长度块的尺寸差异分为不同的型号,在运营过程中可以拆卸替换,可大幅提高调整能力,增强无砟轨道对线下基础变形的适应性,降低基础病害整治工程量。
