The invention discloses a large-adjustment-amount adjustable support type ballastless track structure which is characterized in that a track plate and a base are connected into a whole through four vertical and transverse adjusting supports, each vertical and transverse adjusting support is divided into an upper detachable part and a lower detachable part, and when the track plate is prefabricated, four upper support embedded parts are embedded in the four corners in the track plate in a manner of penetrating through the track plate; a groove structure is reserved in the position, corresponding to the upper support embedded part, of the top face of the base and used for fixing the lower support, the height adjusting lead screw is fixed to the upper support embedded part, the height adjusting wire cylinder is fixed to the lower support plate, and the track plate and the base are connected into a whole through connection of the height adjusting lead screw and the height adjusting wire cylinder. The two vertical transverse adjusting supports which are transversely arranged are connected through a horizontal adjusting linkage rod and used for transverse adjustment. The ballastless track is simple in structural composition and has large adjusting capacity, the height adjusting range can reach +/-60 mm, and the horizontal adjusting range can reach +/-20 mm. The height and the level of the track structure in the operation period can be adjusted, the working difficulty of regulation and maintenance is reduced, and the regulation and maintenance workload is reduced.
本发明公开了一种大调整量的可调支座型式无砟轨道结构,轨道板与底座之间通过4个垂横向调整支座连接为一体,垂横向调整支座分为可拆卸的上下两部分,轨道板预制时在轨道板内四角位置贯通轨道板预埋4个上支座预埋件,底座顶面对应上支座预埋件位置预留凹槽结构,用于固定下支座,调高丝杆固定在上支座预埋件上,调高丝筒固定在下支座板上,通过调高丝杆调高丝筒的连接将轨道板与底座连接为一体,横向设置的两个垂横向调整支座通过水平调节联动杆连接,用于横向调整。本发明无砟轨道结构组成简单,具备大调整能力,高度调整范围可达±60mm,水平调节范围可达±20mm。能够实现运营期轨道结构高度和水平的调整,降低整治维修的工作难度,减少整治维修工作量。
