The invention provides a box girder formwork convenient for continuous pouring, which comprises a cross rail support mounted between two pier columns, a moving trolley capable of moving between the two pier columns is assembled on the cross rail support, and an inner formwork unit and an outer formwork unit located on the inner side of the inner formwork unit are assembled on the moving trolley. A pouring cavity is formed between the inner mold unit and the outer mold unit, the front side, the rear side and the upper side of the pouring cavity are open, the inner mold unit can expand in the direction away from the pouring cavity, and the outer mold unit can contract in the direction away from the pouring cavity. The inner mold unit comprises a bottom outer mold located on the lower side of the outer mold unit and two side outer molds located on the two sides of the outer mold unit respectively, and an outer mold adjusting assembly connected with the bottom outer mold and the side outer molds is assembled on the moving trolley.
